No. We understand that you haven't seen us in action yet and need to think before making big decisions! We let you use the first session to help you know if you want to continue or if it isn't for you. After the first session, we ask that you pay for the pack of 5 (first session included) if you wish to continue or the single session fee if you do not.

If you want, we can tutor multiple times per week. This may be for different subjects or more of the same subject. If you are doing multiple subjects, we ask for separate payment for each subject. However it is up to you, e.g. 2 maths sessions a week could be paid twice every 5 weeks or once every 2 and a half weeks.

There is no qualification for tutoring; it is purely based on grades. However, each tutor undergoes a check to confirm that they have achieved multiple grade 9s at GCSE level, and have demonstrated good social skills outside of their academic careers. You can ask about these at any time.

To organise tutoring for your child, make sure to go to the contact part of the website. There you can book tutoring sessions and ask any questions you may have. There is no need to make a decision on the spot, so you can make sure you are making the right decision.
